This is easy to make and is a delicious and nutritious meal or snack any time.
All you need are eggs, enoki mushrooms and green onions.
Scramble 2 eggs. Slice or cut (with scissors) mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Add Enoki to eggs:
Add 1 green onion, sliced with knife or cut with scissors:
Add Herbamare or just salt and pepper:
Heat pan with oil, medium-low heat.
Place spoonfuls on heated pan:
After 3 minutes, flip to cook the other side:
