We ate this for dinner tonight. All you need are as follows plus ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar:
Heat pan using medium heat, add cooking oil, warm up for a minute, then add chopped onions, green onions, garlic and ginger:
Stir fry for a couple of minutes then add ribs:
Add dark soy sauce:
Stir, then add tomatoes:
Bring it to a boil:
Turn heat to low, after simmering for 1 hour:
All done, yum, yum!
