We ate this for dinner tonight.  All you need are as follows plus ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar:

Lily Daily - Braised baby back ribs - tomatoes, onions, green onions, garlic, ginger

Lily Daily - Braised Baby Back ribs raw

Heat pan using medium heat, add cooking oil, warm up for a minute, then add chopped onions, green onions, garlic and ginger:

Stir fry for a couple of minutes then add ribs:

stir:

Lily Daily - braised baby back ribs - few minutes

Add dark soy sauce:

Lily Daily - Briased baby back ribs - dark soy sauce

Stir, then add tomatoes:

Stir:

Lily Daily - Braised Baby back ribs

Bring it to a boil:

Turn heat to low, after simmering for 1 hour:

Lily Daily - Braised baby back ribs - done

All done, yum, yum!
