When I don't have the time to make delicious chicken satay skewers from scratch, I like to use these marinade and dipping sauces, again, back by popular demand, my "all-in-a-bottle" recipe!

You'll need:

Satay marinade:

Lily Daily - Satay Marinade

satay sauce (I use this for dipping):

Lily Daily - Satay Sauce

chicken (in this case) or beef, whichever you prefer, oil and skewers.

Lily Daily - Chicken Breasts Cut chicken breasts into cubes (you can also use chicken thighs, which will taste juicier!):Lily Daily - Cubed Chicken Breasts

Add 1 pack of satay marinade:Lily Daily - Satay Marinade1 And a tablespoon of oil (package instruction), combine well:Lily Daily - Satay Marinade add oil

Add to chicken:

Lily Daily - Chicken Breasts with Satay Marinade

Combine well:

Lily Daily - Coat Chicken with Marinade

Marinade over night:

Lily Daily - Chicken with Marinade

The next day, string meat onto skewers:

Lily Daily - String Chicken onto Skewers

Heat BBQ, grill pan or frying pan using medium-low heat, oil pan well:

Lily Daily - Grill Chicken Skewers

Grill each side for 4 minutes:

Lily Daily - 4 minutes

Lily Daily - Chicken Stay Skewers

Voila, Bonne Appetite!  Don't forget to dip them into the BBQ Satay sauce (the one in the jar) before eating!
