Chinese New Year Feast

We had a Chinese New Year Feast earlier.  I started cooking since this morning and finally finished after 6pm!

Chinese New Year Feast

Menu (I will post the photos tomorrow):

1. Malaysian Curry Chicken
2. Stir Fried Baby Yu Choi with Garlic and Shallots
3. Pan Braised Trout
4. Stir Fried Broccoli
5. BBQ Duck
6. Stir Fried King Oyster Mushroom, Garlic Stems and Shredded Chicken
7. BBQ Pork (Char Shu)
8. Sweet & Spicy Shrimps
9. Pan Fried Green Beans
10. Dumplings - they are a must for Chinese New Year, it stands for gold nuggets or money!

And of course... Jasmine long grain white rice

Not sure about you but I'm famished!  I can't wait any longer... sorry dear guests, I have to start first... no, no I mean I have to do a taste test!

Out of all the dishes I made today, my favourite is this ginger onion lobster:

they smell so good and was so delicious!
