Hi there! Here we are all caught up to Day 13 or letter "M" of this month long, A - Z Blogging Challenge. Since my theme for the challenge is Crowd Pleasing Appetizers, let's jump right into the Mind-Blowing Plump Gourmet Cocktail Meatballs.
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 slice of bread soaked in milk
½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
½ lb ground pork
½ lb ground chicken
salt and pepper
1 bottle Diana Honey And Garlic Sauce
Combine all the ingredients together:
Massage to combine. Come on, work it!
Divide into 16 sections, roll them into balls:
Heat the pan with oil on medium low heat, add meatballs:
Brown all sides, around 4 to 6 minutes:
Once the meatballs are cooked, add your favourite BBQ sauce, in this case, I used Diana's Honey Garlic Sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes in low heat:
