Kids are back to school, that means more time for me and this blog, yeah!!!!!

I thought I'd blog about this dish because the kids love it!  This is something we use to order all the time at the Galleria Food Court until one day, I paid attention to what they were doing and decided to give it a go.

You'll need to thinly slice one onion:

Daily Lily - sliced onions

1 cup of frozen seafood, you don't need to defrost it:

3 servings or pre-packaged portions of udon:

Daily Lily - Frozen Udon

1 tablespoon of Hon Dashi:

Heat pan with oil in medium-low heat, stir fry the onions for a couple of minutes.

Add frozen seafood:

 Stir fry for another few minutes.

Add udon (I used frozen udon).

Drizzle 1-2 Tablespoon(s) of dark soya sauce.

Then sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of Hon Dashi:

If using frozen udon, let it sit for a few minutes then stir fry contents until all noodles are coated evenly with soy sauce.  If not using frozen udon, you can just go ahead and start mixing all the contents until noodles are evenly coated.

After a few minutes, noodles are evenly coated:

Put a lid on the pan:

Let it simmer for 10 minutes in low heat.
