Hi You, Welcome back! Let's take a look at what's cooking for letter "V" of the Crowd Pleasing Appetizer A-Z Blogging Challenge Series: Super Moist And Succulent Rosemary Ranch Veggie Chicken Kabobs.
3 TB olive oil
½ cup ranch dressing
1 TB minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp lemon juice
1 t white vinegar
¼ t ground black pepper or to taste
1 TB white sugar
1 onion cut into large chunks
3 king oyster mushrooms cut into large pieces
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
Directions:
Add the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl:
Mix to combine:
Add chicken:
Add onions and mushrooms. Mix well to make sure all the pieces are drenched with this flavourful ranch marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat grill and assemble the pieces onto skewers:
Brush oil on grill and line them up on top. Grill for 8 minutes or until done. Don't forget to flip half way through.
All ready!
