A bowl of pipping hot Wholesome Chinese soup noodle would be the perfect thing to eat on a typical Canadian freezing cold winter's day (ok, maybe not nowadays, but once upon a time, it was freezing cold here in the winter ; )
Imagine, a large bowl of steamy hot homemade chicken noodle soup topped with stir fried chicken and Chinese broccoli, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions and deep fried shallots.....
Now imagine 20 more because that's how many I need at every family gathering....
If only visualization was truly THAT effective ; )
A couple of my favourite restaurants with yummy Chinese soup noodle in Toronto are Ten Ren’s Tea Time and Xiao Long Bao, worth trying if you haven't already!
