Back by popular demand, here's another favourite "in a bottle" recipe.  I don't think I know any child that doesn't like this soup!  It is sooooooo easy to make:

You'll need:

1 Cup of chicken or vegetable stock: Lily Daily - chicken broth

3 cans of creamed corn (I actually prefer no name brand in this case over well known name brands, I find no names are thicker due to more corn and not more starch)

And one egg.

First, bring the pot of chicken or vegetable broth to a boil on high heat.  Then turn to medium-low heat, add 3 cans of creamed corn:

Give it a good stir.

Bring it to a boil, stir constantly so that the corn doesn't burn at the bottom of the pot.

Meanwhile, beat one egg:

Pour the egg slowly into the boiling soup around the perimeter of the pan:

Bring the soup again to a boil - egg will float up, that's when it's done

Now it's ready to eat!
