Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of items and hygienic reasons, and that each piece of jewelry is individually handmade just for you, ALL items are FINAL SALE upon checkout: There will be NO refunds or exchanges. This also ensures that you do not receive an item that has been returned and hence attached with negative vibration and energy.
We do our best to describe our items so if you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchase to clarify any concerns.
Our One Year Free Repair Policy covers circumstances where your necklace or bracelet chain due to defect, where the piece breaks without force being applied to it. We'll provide a one-time repair of the piece free of charge.
Please email CustomerService@LilyDaily.com attaching photos of the faulty item(s) and we will get you all fixed up!
While we love helping you keep your jewels in tip-top shape, just a reminder that our repair policy does not cover the “whoops”moments or damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product's care instructions. Do not expose your Lily Daily jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include but are not limited to, liquid silver polis, pools, hot tubs and spas. For instance, if a child accidentally pulls it and the chain breaks or you snag it while working out and accidentally break the chain, these accidents are not covered under our free repair policy.
If you did have one of those “whoops, I just broke my favorite piece” moments, contact our team and we’d be happy to repair it for a small fee once you let us know what happened.
Also, because everyone has a different chemical balance within their body which affects how various metals wear on your skin, we don’t offer re-plating on our pieces at this time. For more information on how to properly care for your jewelry, please refer to our Jewelry Care page.
Jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Lily Daily jewelry with the same or a comparable model. Items purchased during One of A Kind and Sample Sale Events are not under warranty and can not be repaired or replaced.
