SHIPPING

To keep shipping cost low for our wonderful customers, Standard shipping is offered but it DOES NOT include tracking or insurance.

If you're afraid the order will get lost in the mail or mail often disappear in your area, it's highly recommended that you should upgrade your shipping to include "Tracking & Insurance" at checkout.

Once your order is at the post office, we have no way of keeping track of your order with standard shipping so anything that happens after that will be out of our control - Lily Li Jewelry (Lily Daily Boutique Inc.) will not be responsible for delayed or lost orders and therefore, your order WILL NOT be replaced.

 

SHIPPING TIME For Standard Basic Shipping:

Canada:  2 - 9 business days

USA:  2 - 15 business days

International:  4 - 30 business days

Customs and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyers where applicable.

Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee. 

Lily Li Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.

You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. If you've purchased upgraded shipping, this will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order and we'll provide a shipping charge quote.

Shipping Details

Please allow additional time for shipping during promotional sales. Promotional Shipping Schedule: Orders will be processed within 3 business days. As always, you will receive a shipping conformation when your order is on its way to you. Non-Holiday or Non-Promotional Schedule: Ground orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST are processed 3-5 business days Monday through Friday.

Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the same business day. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed within 72 hours. This includes, but is not limited to Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. CA and UK USPS orders will typically arrive in 7-15 business days.

Shipping Regions

We ship from Canada to the United States and various countries.  

PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
