By placing an order and clicking the "check out" button from Lily Daily Boutique Inc.), you agree that you have read and understand the information in ALL the terms & conditions.

Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit within 7 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with UPC label attached where applicable.  No returns are accepted after 7 days from when you received it. 

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 7 days from receipt.

We endeavor to present accurate information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when information on lilydaily.com may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. Any such errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information in any way affects your individual order.

We present our website content “as is” and make no claims as to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, or to update product information at any time, without prior notice.

Lily Daily Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order at anytime. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lily Daily Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged.

Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. Lily Daily jewelry is not intended for children under the age of twelve.

"Items will be shipped through Canada Post. All delivery times are estimates and are guidelines only. Mail can be affected by mail volume, holidays, customs delays and your location, so it is your responsibility to please check mail service times and order accordingly.

Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the Postal Service and we can not guarantee arrival dates nor responsible for lost packages due to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL - estimated deliver from 5 business days to 6 weeks after shipped, between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination.

Canada Post doesn't include tracking numbers for this level of service. If you need it by a specific date, please allow enough time for delays, etc. or you may upgrade shipping at checkout.



Shipping charges are also estimates and the exact amount will not be known until shipped. We will do our best to estimate charges (overcharged shipping fees will not be reversed). Customers are responsible for any additional shipping/custom charges/fees.

Shipping charges are for basic, standard postal charge from Canada Post.  If your area is known for missing postal packages in the mail or if you prefer not to worry about lost mail, it is highly recommended that you upgrade your shipping to include tracking number and insurance.  

We will not be responsible for any shipment lost in the mail since the buyer has a choice to upgrade the shipping.  Without a tracking number nor insurance, missing or lost packages cannot be replaced and will not be the responsibility of Lily Daily Boutique.  Additional charges will apply. We will do our best to get your order shipped ASAP.

Due to the personal nature of items and hygienic reasons, ALL items are final sale upon checkout.  Exchanges may be done on a case by case basis at the company's discretion.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
